Age: 13 and older, up to 24. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• 1) Having a confirmed genetic or clinical diagnosis of FAP between the age of 13-24 at the time of recruitment to this study.
• 18-21 year old with a previous cancer diagnosis.
• Able to read and speak English.
