• Patients whose disease progressed to a higher-grade carcinoma since the time of original diagnosis:
• Ovarian tumor of low malignant potential
• Low-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary
• Primary peritoneal tumor of low malignant potential
• Low-grade serous carcinoma of the peritoneum
• Psammocarcinoma
