- Significant other diseases
- abnormal hematology
- abnormal liver function
- psychiatric disorders
- pulmonary obstruction
- asthma, allergic rhinitis
- dependance on oxygen
- patients with history of myocardial infarction
- patients with history of cancer
- women of child bearing potential
- antiplatelet or anticoagulation therapy
