Assess the clinical activity defined by response rate of irinotecan and cisplatin in untreated patients with metastatic or unresectable high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gastrointestinal tract. Secondary Objective: 1\. To assess the safety profile of irinotecan and cisplatin in untreated patients with metastatic or unresectable high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gastrointestinal tract.
