You may qualify if…

• Metastatic colorectal cancer refractory to at least 2 chemo/biologic regimens
• Measurable disease
• ECOG 0-2

You may not qualify if…

• CNS disease
• Chemotherapy or radiotherapy < 4 weeks prior
• Active bleeding diathesis
