- Metastatic colorectal cancer refractory to at least 2 chemo/biologic regimens
- Measurable disease
- ECOG 0-2
You may not qualify if…
- CNS disease
- Chemotherapy or radiotherapy < 4 weeks prior
- Active bleeding diathesis
