Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

You may qualify if…

• recurrent, unresectable primary CNS neoplasm per MRI
• ECOG status of 2 or less
• no prior therapy with camptothecans
• on an enzyme-inducing antiepileptic
