Age: 18 and older. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.
You may qualify if…
- recurrent, unresectable primary CNS neoplasm per MRI
- ECOG status of 2 or less
- no prior therapy with camptothecans
- on an enzyme-inducing antiepileptic
