Age: 21 and older, up to 60. Sex: any. Healthy volunteers: not accepted.

• Meets criteria for Bipolar I Disorder with Alcohol dependence
• Outpatient Status
• Recent history of heavy drinking

You may not qualify if…

• Unstable medical illness
• Recent antipsychotic use
• Poorly controlled Diabetes Mellitus or Diabetes related illness
