- Advanced or metastatic pretreated NSCLC
- Measurable disease
- Adequate hematologic, hepatic and renal functions
- ECOG Performance Status of 0-2

- Inability to swallow capsules
- Recent significant cardiovascular disease
- Woman who are pregnant or breastfeeding
